L’acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l’emploi des jeunes, ce d\u00e9fi majeur, est facilit\u00e9 au Togo. Pour transformer cette jeunesse imposante en v\u00e9ritable moteur de croissance, le gouvernement met en place des initiatives nombreuses dont le Fonds d’appui aux initiatives \u00e9conomiques des jeunes (Faiej).<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

C’est sans aucun doute l’un des dispositifs les plus innovants qui stimulent l’entrepreneuriat et r\u00e9duisent le ch\u00f4mage. Plus qu’un simple m\u00e9canisme de financement, le Faiej incarne une vision : celle d’une jeunesse cr\u00e9atrice de richesse et actrice de son propre d\u00e9veloppement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Un soutien adapt\u00e9 aux r\u00e9alit\u00e9s des jeunes entrepreneurs<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le Faiej se distingue par sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre aux besoins concrets des jeunes porteurs de projets. Contrairement aux syst\u00e8mes bancaires classiques souvent inaccessibles en raison des garanties exig\u00e9es, le fonds offre des pr\u00eats \u00e0 des conditions souples, assortis d’un accompagnement technique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Chaque b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaire est encadr\u00e9 depuis la conception de son id\u00e9e jusqu’\u00e0 la mise en \u0153uvre de son projet. Cet appui inclut la formation en gestion, l’\u00e9laboration de plans d’affaires solides et le suivi post-financement pour maximiser les chances de succ\u00e8s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les r\u00e9sultats sont tangibles sur le terrain. En seulement en une ann\u00e9e, soit sur la p\u00e9riode d’ao\u00fbt 2024 \u00e0 ao\u00fbt 2025, le Fonds a renforc\u00e9 les capacit\u00e9s de plus de 3 000 jeunes entrepreneurs. Il a en outre accompagn\u00e9 plus de 6 000 jeunes dans la mise en \u0153uvre de leurs projets pour un montant de 177 millions de francs CFA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Des chiffres \u00e9loquents, des impacts saisissants<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sur le Fonds, \u00e0 la date du 31 d\u00e9cembre 2024, plus de 27 000 emplois durables avaient d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9s. 149 327 jeunes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 sensibilis\u00e9s, indiquait le bilan \u00e0 l’\u00e9poque. Le nombre de jeunes inscrits sur les plateformes du Faiej \u00e9tait de 28 039.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les responsables avaient revendiqu\u00e9 39 597 unit\u00e9s de formations administr\u00e9es aux jeunes, 22 107 jeunes form\u00e9s et environ 7 000 projets financ\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le dispositif int\u00e9gr\u00e9 d’appui technique et financier du gouvernement, qui vise l’insertion socioprofessionnelle des jeunes \u00e0 travers la promotion de l’entrepreneuriat, a octroy\u00e9 des cr\u00e9dits qui \u00e9quivalent \u00e0 9,6 milliards de francs CFA depuis sa cr\u00e9ation \u00e0 fin 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Un catalyseur d’innovation et de confiance<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Au-del\u00e0 du financement, le Faiej joue un r\u00f4le psychologique essentiel. Il redonne confiance \u00e0 des jeunes souvent d\u00e9courag\u00e9s par le manque de d\u00e9bouch\u00e9s et par les difficult\u00e9s d’acc\u00e8s au cr\u00e9dit. En misant sur leur potentiel et en leur offrant une chance concr\u00e8te de r\u00e9ussir, le fonds contribue \u00e0 canaliser l’\u00e9nergie de la jeunesse vers des initiatives constructives et cr\u00e9atives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ce soutien participe \u00e9galement \u00e0 la lutte contre le ch\u00f4mage, car de nombreux projets financ\u00e9s s’ancrent en milieu rural, rapprochant ainsi les opportunit\u00e9s des zones \u00e0 faible activit\u00e9 \u00e9conomique. C’est certain, en misant sur le Faiej, le Togo investit dans un capital humain qui repr\u00e9sente sa plus grande richesse.
