Depuis l’adoption de la politique de d\u00e9centralisation au Togo sous l’impulsion du pr\u00e9sident Faure Gnassingb\u00e9, la commune Ago\u00e8-Nyiv\u00e9 1 s’impose comme un mod\u00e8le de dynamisme et de d\u00e9veloppement local. Situ\u00e9e dans la p\u00e9riph\u00e9rie nord de Lom\u00e9, cette commune affiche des avanc\u00e9es significatives dans plusieurs secteurs gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une gestion participative et des initiatives innovantes.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Avec la mise en place des mairies, Ago\u00e8-Nyiv\u00e9 1 a vu sa gouvernance locale prendre un nouveau souffle. Le maire et son conseil municipal, dot\u00e9s de comp\u00e9tences accrues, ont adopt\u00e9 une approche inclusive en impliquant les citoyens dans la d\u00e9finition des priorit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Des cadres de concertation r\u00e9guliers permettent d’identifier les besoins pressants de la population, notamment en mati\u00e8re d’infrastructures, d’assainissement et d’\u00e9ducation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

L’am\u00e9lioration des infrastructures est au c\u0153ur du programme de d\u00e9veloppement communal. Des routes jadis impraticables sont r\u00e9habilit\u00e9es, facilitant ainsi la mobilit\u00e9 des habitants et le d\u00e9veloppement des activit\u00e9s \u00e9conomiques. Parmi les r\u00e9alisations phares se trouvent l’\u00e9largissement de certaines voies strat\u00e9giques et la construction de nouvelles routes pav\u00e9es reliant les quartiers principaux, la r\u00e9habilitation des march\u00e9s, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Un autre visage<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

La commune Ago\u00e8-Nyiv\u00e9 1 est l’une des 13 communes du Grand Lom\u00e9. Elle couvre une superficie de 37 km2 avec une population estim\u00e9e \u00e0 environ 260 000 habitants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Compos\u00e9 de 32 villages, la commune s’est engag\u00e9e dans un programme ambitieux avec l’\u00e9ducation et la sant\u00e9 au c\u0153ur des priorit\u00e9s, un dynamisme \u00e9conomique en construction, l’am\u00e9lioration des conditions de vie en ligne de mire\u2026 La commune Ago\u00e8-Nyiv\u00e9 1 a valid\u00e9 son budget pour l’ann\u00e9e 2025 et il s’\u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 1,5 milliard de francs CFA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La r\u00e9partition faite pour ces fonds est que 70 % des ressources, l’\u00e9quivalent d’un milliard de francs CFA, soient allou\u00e9s aux d\u00e9penses de fonctionnement. Les 30 % restants de ce budget primitif, soit pr\u00e8s de 500 millions de francs CFA, sont r\u00e9serv\u00e9s aux investissements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le nombre de projets pr\u00e9vus<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le budget de la commune prend en compte le financement d’une vingtaine de projets. Ce sont, par exemple, pour les plus en vue, la finalisation des travaux de construction et l’\u00e9quipement du service de p\u00e9diatrie de la polyclinique de D\u00e9makpo\u00e9 ; la construction d’un ponceau \u00e0 Togom\u00e9, l’\u00e9rection d’un monument au Carrefour bleu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les autorit\u00e9s communales pr\u00e9voient \u00e9galement l’am\u00e9nagement de la voie qui relie Oando, Sogbossito, BKS2 et le carrefour Tazo. Pour y parvenir, une nouvelle strat\u00e9gie de renforcement de la collecte des recettes est n\u00e9cessaire et la commune va s’appuyer l\u00e0-dessus tout au long de la nouvelle ann\u00e9e, avec l’aide de l’\u00c9tat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tout de m\u00eame, le budget adopt\u00e9 sera transmis au minist\u00e8re charg\u00e9 de l’Administration territoriale pour qu’il donne son avis avant son adoption d\u00e9finitive par le Conseil municipal. Mais il est d\u00e9j\u00e0 certain que la commune Ago\u00e8-Nyiv\u00e9 1 incarne le succ\u00e8s de la d\u00e9centralisation au Togo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
