L’am\u00e9lioration du syst\u00e8me de sant\u00e9 tient vraiment \u00e0 c\u0153ur aux autorit\u00e9s du pays. On remarque cela \u00e0 travers les efforts fournis par l’\u00c9tat pour garantir \u00e0 tout Togolais un acc\u00e8s facile \u00e0 des soins de sant\u00e9 de qualit\u00e9 et \u00e0 moindre co\u00fbt. Au rang de ces efforts, se trouve le renforcement des ressources humaines. Justement, les pouvoirs publics viennent de proc\u00e9der au recrutement de plus d’un millier d’agents de sant\u00e9.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fruit du concours r\u00e9gional direct de juin 2023, organis\u00e9 par le minist\u00e8re de la R\u00e9forme du service public, du Travail et du Dialogue social, ce nouveau recrutement montre une fois de plus l’engagement du gouvernement togolais \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer non seulement la sant\u00e9 de sa population, mais \u00e9galement \u00e0 all\u00e9ger la charge de travail des agents de sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Du soulagement pour les centres de sant\u00e9<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ils sont en tout 1 710 agents de sant\u00e9 recrut\u00e9s, dont 112 m\u00e9decins g\u00e9n\u00e9ralistes. En plus de ces m\u00e9decins g\u00e9n\u00e9ralistes, il faut ajouter plus d’un millier de param\u00e9dicaux, ainsi que des agents administratifs et d’appui, y compris ceux des cat\u00e9gories C et D.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le recrutement de ces nouveaux agents de sant\u00e9 renforcera le personnel soignant des formations sanitaires. De plus, la qualit\u00e9 des soins et des services sera am\u00e9lior\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

255 autres agents recrut\u00e9s au profit des USP de la r\u00e9gion des Savanes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le concours de recrutement de 1 710 agents de sant\u00e9 n’est pas le seul organis\u00e9 ces derniers mois. Il faut aussi noter celui du personnel m\u00e9dical pour les unit\u00e9s de soins p\u00e9riph\u00e9riques (USP) de type I et II dans les communes de la r\u00e9gion des Savanes. Ce concours a permis de recruter 255 agents de sant\u00e9 r\u00e9partis en deux cat\u00e9gories.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La politique de renforcement de l’effectif du personnel soignant au Togo ne date pas d’aujourd’hui. Entre 2008 et 2018, plusieurs concours de recrutements g\u00e9n\u00e9raux et sectoriels ont \u00e9t\u00e9 organis\u00e9s, permettant d’embaucher 5 147 agents de sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ces recrutements ont ainsi permis l’insertion socioprofessionnelle de milliers de jeunes togolais, contribuant par l\u00e0 m\u00eame \u00e0 la r\u00e9duction du taux de ch\u00f4mage et de la pauvret\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

L’assurance maladie universelle sera impact\u00e9e<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

L’un des projets phares de la Feuille de route gouvernementale 2020-2025 est l’Assurance maladie universelle (AMU). Le recrutement de ces nouveaux agents de sant\u00e9 facilitera sans l’ombre d’un doute le d\u00e9ploiement de ce projet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Il permettra d’acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer et d’augmenter les prestations. D\u00e9marr\u00e9e en janvier 2024, l’AMU a d\u00e9j\u00e0 couvert 800 000 personnes. Pour assurer un meilleur d\u00e9ploiement du projet, l’\u00c9tat togolais a confi\u00e9 les travailleurs du secteur priv\u00e9 \u00e0 la Caisse nationale de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale (CNSS) et les agents du secteur public \u00e0 l’Institut national d’assurance maladie (Inam).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Des \u00e9quipements de pointe attendent les nouveaux agents<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bonne nouvelle pour les nouveaux agents de sant\u00e9 recrut\u00e9s, ils seront accueillis avec un plateau technique moderne. En effet, un important lot d’\u00e9quipements m\u00e9dicaux destin\u00e9s aux structures sanitaires de toutes les r\u00e9gions a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9ceptionn\u00e9 d\u00e9but ao\u00fbt 2024 gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l’appui du Groupe de la Banque mondiale. Il s’agit, entre autres, de 7 ambulances m\u00e9dicalis\u00e9es pour 7 h\u00f4pitaux du pays, de pr\u00e8s de 8 000 lits d’hospitalisation et d’accouchement, ainsi que de centaines d’appareils de radiodiagnostic mobiles num\u00e9ris\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

D’un co\u00fbt total d’environ 20 milliards de francs CFA, ces mat\u00e9riels m\u00e9dicaux ont \u00e9t\u00e9 acquis en marge du projet de renforcement de l’\u00e9tat de pr\u00e9paration des syst\u00e8mes de riposte d’urgence (REPSRU) et de celui des Services de sant\u00e9 essentiels de qualit\u00e9 pour une couverture sanitaire universelle (SSEQCU).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
