En retour, les producteurs lui tendent tr\u00e8s bien la perche.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le gouvernement fournit un soutien financier aux hommes et femmes agriculteurs \u00e0 travers des subventions, des pr\u00eats \u00e0 taux pr\u00e9f\u00e9rentiels et d&rsquo;autres m\u00e9canismes de financement pour les aider \u00e0 investir dans la production d&rsquo;anacarde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Acc\u00e8s des agriculteurs aux services financiers (Agrisef) par exemple, produit du Fonds national de la finance inclusive (FNFI), aide beaucoup les producteurs d&rsquo;anacarde. Une formation et une assistance technique leur est aussi offerte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ils b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient de l&rsquo;effort des autorit\u00e9s en mati\u00e8re d&rsquo;am\u00e9lioration des infrastructures agricoles telles que les routes et les pistes rurales, la construction\/r\u00e9habilitation des march\u00e9s, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Est \u00e9galement promue l&rsquo;exportation. Le gouvernement accorde de la valeur \u00e0 l&rsquo;exportation de l&rsquo;anacarde en facilitant les proc\u00e9dures douani\u00e8res, en offrant des incitations fiscales et en cherchant \u00e0 \u00e9largir les march\u00e9s d&rsquo;exportation pour les produits anacardiers togolais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Les fruits sont l\u00e0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On indique que l&rsquo;exportation de l&rsquo;anacarde et de ses produits d\u00e9riv\u00e9s g\u00e9n\u00e8re environ 20 milliards de francs CFA de chiffre d&rsquo;affaires chaque ann\u00e9e au Togo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le Conseil de l&rsquo;interprofession de la fili\u00e8re anacarde au Togo (Cifat) est l&rsquo;organisation qui rassemble les acteurs du secteur. Selon lui, il y a 50&nbsp;000 acteurs, dont 31&nbsp;500 producteurs, avec un chiffre d&rsquo;affaires de 17 \u00e0 20 milliards de francs r\u00e9alis\u00e9 chaque ann\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;exportation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e 2024, la production de l&rsquo;anacarde devrait \u00eatre hauss\u00e9e selon les pr\u00e9visions faites. Au cours de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e 2023, le pays a produit 38&nbsp;880 tonnes d&rsquo;anacarde. Ce chiffre est en \u00e9volution par rapport aux 23 000 tonnes enregistr\u00e9es en 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Les bienfaits de l&rsquo;anacarde<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9galement connu sous le nom de noix de cajou, l&rsquo;anacarde, outre les implications \u00e9conomiques positives, a des bienfaits pour la sant\u00e9. Il est riche en nutriments tels que les prot\u00e9ines, les fibres, les graisses saines, les vitamines E, K, B6 et les min\u00e9raux comme le cuivre, le magn\u00e9sium, le phosphore, le zinc et le fer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;anacarde soutient la sant\u00e9 cardiaque, r\u00e9duit le risque de diab\u00e8te. En outre, certains compos\u00e9s pr\u00e9sents dans les noix de cajou ont des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s anti-inflammatoires.
