Le district sanitaire de Vo n&rsquo;est pas en marge de cette dynamique.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Assurer la sant\u00e9 des enfants, c&rsquo;est investir dans l&rsquo;avenir : une \u00e9vidence affirm\u00e9e par le gouvernement, dans son agenda. Dans cette perspective, des instructions sont donn\u00e9es afin que des programmes de sant\u00e9 infantile soient renforc\u00e9s, avec des r\u00e9sultats qui se traduisent par une am\u00e9lioration notable des indicateurs sanitaires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Une pr\u00e9vention au centre des strat\u00e9gies<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La pr\u00e9vention constitue le pilier fondamental de la protection sanitaire dans le district de Vo. Les campagnes de vaccination, r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement organis\u00e9es, permettent de prot\u00e9ger les enfants contre les maladies \u00e9vitables telles que la rougeole, la poliomy\u00e9lite ou encore la tuberculose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les agents de sant\u00e9 m\u00e8nent \u00e9galement des actions de sensibilisation aupr\u00e8s des familles. L&rsquo;objectif est d&rsquo;encourager les bonnes pratiques, notamment en mati\u00e8re d&rsquo;hygi\u00e8ne, de nutrition et de suivi m\u00e9dical des enfants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les consultations pr\u00e9natales et postnatales jouent elles aussi un r\u00f4le d\u00e9terminant. Elles permettent d&rsquo;assurer un suivi rapproch\u00e9 des m\u00e8res et des nouveau-n\u00e9s, contribuant ainsi \u00e0 r\u00e9duire les risques de complications d\u00e8s les premiers jours de vie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Performances en 2025<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le district sanitaire de Vo (r\u00e9gion Maritime) a \u00e9valu\u00e9 ses activit\u00e9s pour l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e 2025. La synth\u00e8se des pr\u00e9sentations montre par exemple que le taux de femmes enceintes ayant effectu\u00e9 au moins quatre consultations pr\u00e9natales (CPN) est pass\u00e9 de 40,57 % \u00e0 44,77 %.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aussi, la proportion des enfants de 0 \u00e0 11 mois ayant re\u00e7u trois doses de vaccin pentavalent a atteint 98,79 % en 2025. En 2024, cette proportion \u00e9tait de 97 %, ce qui constituait d\u00e9j\u00e0 une performance notable. La couverture des besoins en personnel de sant\u00e9 au niveau primaire a \u00e9galement progress\u00e9 de 6,5 % \u00e0 8,3 % sur la p\u00e9riode.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Des efforts sont faits dans cette zone pour placer le patient au centre des soins, lui garantir un accueil respectueux et int\u00e9grer autant que possible l&rsquo;approche genre. Il appara\u00eet qu&rsquo;au-del\u00e0 de la pr\u00e9vention, le district sanitaire de Vo s&rsquo;illustre par une am\u00e9lioration progressive de la prise en charge des maladies infantiles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les cas de paludisme, maladie grave, ainsi que les infections respiratoires aigu\u00ebs et les maladies diarrh\u00e9iques, qui figurent parmi les principales causes de morbidit\u00e9 chez les enfants, sont d\u00e9sormais pris en charge avec plus d&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette accessibilit\u00e9 aux services de sant\u00e9 constitue un levier essentiel. Elle montre que la sant\u00e9 des enfants n&rsquo;est plus une pr\u00e9occupation secondaire.
